They interact with customers on a daily basis and are responsible for helping them find the right products to meet their needs.
They also help educate consumers about different strains, effects, and consumption methods.
Budtender Job Duties Budtenders have a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:
Providing customers with product knowledge and recommendations to help them make informed decisions about products Checking IDs to ensure that only those 21 years or older are allowed to enter the dispensary Explaining the effects of different strains of cannabis and their uses Performing inventory checks to track the amount of product being sold in order to restock supplies as needed Educating customers about cannabis use through workshops or one-on-one sessions Engaging customers in conversation to create a comfortable environment that encourages them to purchase products Processing payments for cannabis purchases, including cash, credit card, or debit card transactions Reviewing state regulations regarding cannabis use to ensure compliance with state laws Providing expertise on cannabis strains, consumption methods, health benefits, product pricing, testing results, and other information about products for customers Job Types:
