Basic duties include:
-Overseeing contractors for upkeep of the property -Managing communications with residents -Collecting and depositing rents, and basic record keeping -Handling move in and move outs, and showing homes that are for sale The hours are flexible and adaptable to the manager's preference.
This is a part time position, and we ask for an average of a 20 hour week commitment.
The ideal candidate would have:
-previous experience in a position entailing organization -basic computer and tech skills -an open mind and willingness to learn Property management specific experience is not required.
