Quick Apply Full-time 1 hour ago Full Job Description As a Human Resources coordinator, you will be responsible for addressing and resolving day-to-day employee questions, performing initial phone screens and coordinating in-person interviews, preparing offer letters, agreements, and all other relevant new hire paperwork, and onboarding new employees in a welcoming way.
You will also be responsible for answering day-to-day questions regarding benefits plans, referring employees to the Benefits Resource Center for claims resolution issues or escalating to other HR team members as needed.
Additionally, you will assist with leaves of absence tracking, including disability plan coordination, completing projects in a timely and accurate manner, and maintaining and updating employee records.
Responsibilities:
Act as a go-to HR professional for day-to-day employee questions, as well as respond to employees in a timely and accurate manner.
Identify candidates and perform both initial phone screens coordination of in-person interviews Assist in the preparation of offer letters, agreements, and all other relevant new hire paperwork Onboard new employees in a welcoming way, ensuring they receive timely and accurate instruction regarding employment and benefit options Answer day-to-day questions regarding benefits plans; refer employee to the Benefits Resource Center for claims resolution issues or escalate to other HR team members as needed.
Assist with leaves of absence tracking, including disability plan coordination Complete projects in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and update employee records Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 1-3 years of relevant work experience in HR administration or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Knowledge of employment laws and regulations This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment with growth potential.
